How Can Fatigue Be Treated?

I am a 67 year old male, and feel that testoserone loss is robbing me of energy..... I do not have the energy and stamina I had three years ago... I excercise 3-4 days a week, fast walking for about two miles. What are supplements to raise my energy level that would be safe to use?

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
Body stamina may decrease with age. If you are taking a balanced diet, there is no need for extra supplements.
Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and drink lots of water daily. Regular exercise in fresh air will help you feel energetic.
Get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor periodically.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
