Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am status post stage 1 ovarian cancer - TAH done last October 2016 followed by 6 chemotherapy treatments finishing 3/2/17. Last visit to naturopathic doctor, he suggested that i start melatonin 20mg daily at bedtime. I am sleeping okay with the medicine but having a very hard time getting up and motivated in the morning. Throughout the day i find myself ready to lay back down after i finish almost any task. I m questioning the dosage and/or should i have started out with a smaller dose then work up to the 20mg. Thank you, Kathy Morrell
