How Can Fatigue Due To Sinusitis Be Treated?

Male age 90 general malaise and no energy. Was on antibiotics for 8 day due to possible sinus infection. Did fall last Friday, but didn t have any broken bones or soreness. Taking probiotics and lots of fluid. Had cdiff in 15 due to overdose of antibiotics.

From the information provided by you, it appears that you might be suffering from viral infection.
I would suggest water vapor inhalation for relief from sinus pain and mucus production.
Take rest, drink plenty of fluid. A viral infection runs its course and gets better on its own.
For symptomatic relief try above remedies. You can also add an antihistaminic like cetirizine.
