How Can Fatty Liver Be Treated?

Hi, My SGPT is 142 and sgot is 72 also GGT is 150. I also got my ultrasound done and everything is normal except liver shown as fatty grade, im a regular drinker and smoker as well. The night before I got the test done I had consumed 7-8packs of hard drink is this can be reason of high SGPT SGOT Aand GGT. Also is it very alarming. Regards Himanshu

Minimise drinking to the least.Take tab livogen or liv 52 to enhance strength of liver. Eat simple healthy diet with lots of fibres and all fruits.
