The mild fatty liver is a very common condition nowadays. Check your serum cholesterol level, serum LDH, serum triglycerides level as well. For fatty liver lifestyle modification done and reduce weight if BMI more than 25. Try to restrict junk foods and fatty foods less.
Fruit juice, green leafy vegetables took more. Daily 30 minutes to 1-hour active exercise beneficial. The ursodeoxycholic acid tablet can be prescribed if suitable. No other specific intervention needed. Consult a physician for examination and get prescription.
