How Can Fever Along With Diarrhea And Cough In A Toddler Be Treated?

I have a 2 year old niece that has been having 99.5 to 100+ degree fevers while on Tylenol and Ibuprofen alternating every three hours for over 24 hours. She has liquid diarrhea, and a barking cough I do not know what to do next to get her fever to break

take 1 liter water +one pinch salt +1 table spoon suger
give it
