UTI is common and well treated. But I have two questions to you
1- Is it just UTI ? Your fever may be due to another infection in your body. do you still have that burning sensation? If yes, so either your medication isn't effective or you didn't take it as prescribed.
2- Did you make a urine culture and sensitivity test? The bacteria may be resistant to the antibiotic you took so you should make a sensitivity test.
Conclusion would be to get assessed to ensure that there is not any other source of infection in your body except UTI, then do urine culture and sensitivity test so they can identify the most specific antibiotic.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
