Almost 3 days gone still have fever(not always) but temperature is under 100F. I try to give him liquid intek more like water, milk. What to do if temperature cross 100F? Is Wikoryl is right for him? If the temperature below 100F can I give him wikoryl (as doctor suggested 3 times a day)?
Understanding your concern. As per your query your child has symptoms of fever and cold which seems to be due to respiratory tract infection. Need not to worry about it. Give your child paracetamol and along with that do tepid sponging in between depending on intensity of fever. Give child diet rich in multivitamins. Avoid giving any cold beverages and intake of outside food. Visit pediatrician to find out the cause of fever after thorough investigation. If required request your pediatrician for any lab tests which may be required and start treatment as per that. You can give Crocin as well every 4-6 hrly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
