How Can Fever And Cough Be Treated?

Hi I am 27 yrs old. I usually get my periods once i quarter. This is from many years. I am having fever and cough from 2 days and suddenly i got my periods yesterday morning ie within 25 days and that too very heavy flow and lot of pain. Please guide what should i do.

It is usual sometimes so nothing to worry about periods. Fever and cough can be due to some sort of infection for which take antibiotics like moxikind-cv or azithral after an expert opinion along with diominic-dca or wikoryl for chest discomfort. Take syrup bro-zedex or respital-p for cough.
