Understanding your concern. Fever along with mouth ulcers could be due to viral infection herpangina and could be due to recurrent aphthous ulcers and it could be due to poor oral hygiene and infection like thrush. Usually they resolve by themselves in few days. I would suggest you to avoid spicy food and acidic drink. Do warm saline rinses and use antiseptic mouthwash like chlorhexidine and brush your teeth twice a day. If the condition do not resolve in 4-5 days then consult dentist for proper examination and to rule out other conditions . Take antiviral medications. Drink plenty of water and fluids.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
