How Can Fever And Running Nose In A Child Be Treated?

Hi, my baby is 1 year old, suffering from mild running nose, had fever since last 3 days. But no fever today. Doctor has prescribed him Levocet M syrup 5 ml once a day for 3 day. He took his 1 st dose yesterday night. Since then he has been very sleepy. Have not had anything except breast feed. Please help.
