How Can Fever And Stomach Ache In A Child Be Treated?
My 4.5 year old daughter wa hhaving slight fever and complaining of stomachache. She hadn t passed motion for a day. We had been out of station. Now the fever is almost gone but still having stomachache and slight diarhhea on passing gas. I started Econorm and Z and D solution. Please advise.
