General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Syrup Augmentin is an antibiotic and can sometimes lead to gastritis. Syrup Lanzol should help to relieve the symptoms as it is a proton pump inhibitor.

I would advise you to make sure to give him syrup Lanzol everytime you give him syrup Augmentin. If your son is not relieved even after that, you should consult with your pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman,
