Fever is a symptom of an underlying disease. There are many causes of fever such as malaria, typhoid, infectious mononucleosis, TB, Dengue etc. Advice 1. Azithromycin 250 mg daily per oral for 5 days 2. Take paracetamol if fever occurs 3. Take liquid diet 4. Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily 5. Cold water sponging if fever is more than 100 degree Farenheight 6. Investigations – CBC, Widal test, blood smear for malaria parasite, and dengue NS1 antigen Consult a doctor with reports if fever is not relieved by above measures. I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question Thanks
