How Can Fever, Nausea And Lethargy Be Treated?
I am running a 100.6 fever and feel nauseous and lethargic. I m an otherwise healthy 46 year old man. When should I consult a doctor? My symptoms came on this morning. I ve been taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen, but the fever remains YYYY@YYYY

Is there sore throat, chest pain, abdominal associated to your present complaint??
It can be viral gastroenteritis like infective condition
You can be prescribed rabeprazole plus domperidone like combination drug for that
For fever paracetamol 500 mg can be prescribed sos
If improvement not seen than USG abdomen and CBC needs to be done
Take care
Consult physician for examination and discuss all these
