How Can Flatulence And Intestinal Parasite Infection Be Treated?

i am currently recovering from a t12 spinal injury and at the tail end of 2 rounds of vermin finished about a month ago, my nerve pain and spasms in my legs hasn’t subsided and not have me bowels returned to normal pattern,I’m still passing foot long dead round worm and experiencing slimy fishy smelling farts, farting out chunks of dead worm and having to use dulcilax to get anything to move what does it all mean. My temper and patience is still affected, my cravings for sugar haven’t subsided ( not a normal craving) I’m waking up in the middle of the night with the feeling like something is tickling the inside of my anus, my stools are very smelly and my stomach is very unstable in which I feel nauseous later on in the evening what does that all mean ? Are there still more ?
