How Can Flu Be Treated?
My 79 year old mother and father have contracted the flu and live with me and my family. My children and I have had flu shots but are experiencing some symptoms. I have heart and thyroid disease. Is there a way for me to be tested for flu this early in the game? And is flu treatable with antibiotics?

I am giving you further opinion on your case. The antibiotic not effective for flu. For flu oseltamivir like an antiviral drug can be prescribed If the severity of flu more. For mild flu only symptomatic management done. For flu test throat swab taken for PCR testing for flu
