How Can Fluid Filled Sores On The Back Be Treated?

I am currently homeless and I live on the streets I actually sleep every nite on a sidewalk and I have been noticing a lot of fiberous looking things on everything I own . I have developed a rash on my rear and lower spine area. Some of the sores on my backside are larger than others and clear fuild is seeping out its all around my anus area, on both sides of my scrotum some small dark freckles have appeared. What can I do to rid my self of this, also, I have been urinating a lot at nite

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to herpes zoster. If you send a picture of the lesion then it will be more helpful. Taking antiviral drugs like valacyclovir will be beneficial for this. Antiviral creams like acyclovir can be used also.
