How Can Food Poisoning Be Treated?

I am having loose motions since morning as I ate outside in a restaurant yesterday night. I had about 5 loose motions since morning. Also my blurping is giving undigestion smell. Can I take Zenflox OZ - 6 tablets i.e 1-0-1 and Vizylac 0-0-1 (10 Tablets). Earlier when I had a similar problem one year ago, my family physician had prescribed and I had noted the treatment in my diary. My family no longer consults as he is living a retired life having closed his clinic.

can take ciprofloxacin and metronedazole maintain hydration.if there is vomiting then take tab domperidone.
