How Can Food Poisoning Be Treated?

My husband consumed a gas station BBQ pork sandwich, a long with a machined hot chocolate. Thirty minutes later he had diareaha. That was a month and a half ago. He is still having to go, shortly after eating. He has a dr. apt. coming up. There are not any other symptons.

See food poisoning will not happen if you had the similar episode before or only diarrhea will cause you food poisoning.

If there is food poisoning you will have a fever, loose stools, nausea, vomiting, chills, and etcetera. All this is not mandatory but various from person to person.

So we do not whether he had last time also food poisoning and if it had subsided in one day, then nothing to worry at all. This time it does not mean he will definitely get such things.

If he has an allergy to that kind of food intake, then he might have the same episode, so should be a little bit careful or else just ask him to enjoy the meal.
