How Can Fordyce Spots On The Penis And Testicles Indicate?

So I have really bad fordyce spots all over my penis and balls. Also I get very bad smegma that smells really fishy. I had unprotected sex about 3 or 4 months ago and I’m not sure if the girl is std free or not. She says she is but I’m not sure. The fordyce spots seem to be getting worse. The smegma goes away for awhile after I wash my penis head very well but it comes back at least every two weeks. I have also been experiencing jock itch on my testicules (which I cleared up with tinactin spray) but tonight I sprayed tinactin on the underside of my penis head where the smegma forms and it burnt very badly for about 5 minutes. Is all of this normal and what should I do?
