How Can Frequent Bowel Movements Be Treated?

I have Osteo and have issues having bm s a lot. unless I take 23 Kriss Dailey also 1 stool softner every day. I haven t taken in the three days and that includes today. because of traveling ussues nad have had no Bm going on fourth day. Atarting to feel feel a little low back pain plus sore rib cage. Tummy feels a liite rxtended also. Have been able to eat however. Any advise deeply appreaciaated as hard for me asto go to ER because of work issues Have gone on line but comfused bt rgesuggestions. Any advise apprecyatedI have had this happen before but forgot what did Any advise apprecaited. Thank YOu Dolly Halloran

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
My thoughts and suggestions are as below.

Since your bowel have a habit of laxatives to pass stools, not taking laxatives can cause constipation.
You have bloating and pain under ribs can be due to colonic distansion secondary to not passing motion.
Take your regular dosages.
Also pass Dulcolax suppository to see for progress.
Self-help readymade enema may relieve the problems.
If these fail to help you, better to go yo your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and prescription based medications.
