Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Up to five to seven days is normal in infants. Check whether the stool is watery or not. Most often it is due to minor viral gastroenteritis it will resolve by it own. Continue breast feeding and make sure that baby is not dehydrated. If the baby develops signs of dehydration or fever or unable to take breast feeds then consult a pediatrician and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
