How Can Frequent Diarrhea After Drinking A Lot Of Coca Cola Be Treated?

Hey, i am having a problem with my stomach/ass. I have been shiting 5 times the last 30 to 40 minutes. My poop is much liquid like. This may be because I haven t eaten much food lately, I have also been drinking a lot of coca cola. What can I do to get ridd of my stomach problems as fast as possible?

Hello,

Possible intestine infection, guidelines as below to recover faster
- drink more liquids in sessions
- avoid all aerated drinks like coca cola and else
- prefer a bland, vegan diet
- avoid spices, non-veg, junk foods stuffs
- control blood sugar.

- avoid stress, anxiety
- manage sound regular sleep of 7-8 hours
- intake of PPI as omeprazole or pantoprazole on empty stomach helps to a great extent
- discuss the need for GI specific antibiotic as rifaximin or metronidazole; probiotics with lactobacillus content in your case with your planned visit to a health care provider.

You can take immodium tab, Buscopan tab as well, but once your stool regains its nature, go for a stool analysis.
