How Can Frequent Urination Be Treated?

I did some research online in regards to my frequent urination, and found that Saw Palmetto will help with the problem! I bought a bottle of Spring Valley 450 mg x 2 with 200 capsules from Walmart. Is this dosage to high for me to take?I am 66 years old, and in descent health, with the exception of this problem! I have to be totally honest with you,I am a military veteran, and on a very limited income,so if there is a charge for the answer I must decline!! Sincerely, Thom
