My Mum's BP is swinging the other day it was 228/102 and then she said it went down 100 between standing and sitting. What could she do to help herself? She is 75 and average height and weight. Her doctor is trying to work out whats going on but with Christmas fast approaching I cant see much happening till the New Year. What could she do in the meantime? PS Does this cost anything?
