Hello,

Fungus thrives in moisture so you should keep your foot clean & dry. You can continue to apply Lamisil ointment/ointment Surfaz or Fourderm topically.

To keep it dry you can apply Neosporin powder locally. However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a dermatologist. You may need a course of oral antifungals (Fluconazole) & antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
