How Can Fungal Skin Infection On The Back, Chest And Face Be Treated?

Good day, I have lota on my skin since i was younger on my back,chest and face. I started drinking this bark and it went away now its back but on my tighs and arm, the bark isn t working anymore and i was given a sulfur soap to use but I m not sure if it ll work. Would it?

a photo of the lesions would have been helpful.
you can try betnovate GM cream on the lesions if it's fungal.
