How Can Fungal Skin Infection On The Left Leg Be Treated?

yes, my sister called me today and said she feels like she needs to go to the hospital. She has a nasty fungus on her left leg. That s what other doctor s tell her it is. Totally gross looking but today she told me it started draining and the it smells really bad, like something is dead. She then told me when she goes to the restroom she feels like something is wanting to come out but nothing is there when she wipes but the smell is the same as the drainage coming from her leg?
