How Can Fungal Skin Infection On The Penis Be Treated?

My 3yr old nephew has a fungus infection on his penis. We took him to the ER yesterday and was told to apply anti-fungal cream but tonight it looks a lot worse, it looks like its about to bleed (the tip) and its also blueish. Should we see if the cream works or take him to the ER now? It s 10:30pm in California.Thank you for your time.

According to symptoms I think you should not apply cream again,be sure this is fungal or bacterial infection on skin sometimes GP confused to classify the Germs culture,if using pampers not change a long period happens infections.
kindly advise you next time when you take out pamper apply antiseptic cream or lotion then change,
advise you consult with Dermatologists, this infection can inflected other part of skin
