General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

Treatment of gallstones is considered necessary only if you are having symptoms like pain or jaundice. Mere presence of stones in ultrasound does not indicates the need for surgical intervention.
About half of the general population lodges stone in their gall bladder. Most of them does not have any symptoms and treatment is required only in few patients.
As of now you don't need any treatment. It does not have any adverse effect on your health.
Even if you had a few attacks, you can opt for a watchful waiting. In some cases, the stone dissolves or becomes dislodged so that no treatment is required.
You don't need to worry regarding this and no treatment is required as of now.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
