Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Gallstones or cholelithiasis are very common. However, most patients do not have any symptoms and it is an incidental finding on ultrasound abdomen. Gallbladder can be removed laparoscopically or otherwise. However, surgery is done only if gallstones start giving symptoms like pain etc. There's not much you can do to dissolve them. Take low fat meals for easy digestion.

Hope I helped you with your query.

Thanks.
