How Can Genital Herpes Be Treated?

Hi I m from Ohio and I ve been smoking weed for a while and a couple months ago I had my first out break of genital herpes. It wasn t that bad. But the meds they gave me are powerful anti viral and inflammatory meds and made me lose sleep and throw up a lot of mornings. My doc told me the first outbreak is supposed to be the worst and mine wasn t that bad at all and I was thinking it could be because of the amounts of weed and duration I ve been smoking suppressed the virus. I looked into it and thc and cbd have had studies that showed they repair damaged cells from the herpes virus and help combat the outbreaks from ever even happening. I haven t had any signs of the infection since the first one and I do smoke daily so I figured there had to be a connection but either way I ve used cloud 9 syrup earlier in its release and enjoyed it. I don t always wanna be high I do love being sober so I was curious into looking into things with just the medication side of weed, the cbd. But something potent I ve been smoking since I was a kid and have a tolerance but I don t want medication from the doctors. They make me feel like dirt and have crazy side effects.
