General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
It appears that you have tried with many antibiotics irrationally for the condition 'gonorrhea' what you are suffering from.
Just adding and changing the antibiotics can result in development of antibiotic resistance and you might land up in chronicity of the condition and complications.
Kindly get your urethral discharge and urine tested for culture and sensitivity test. Also, get your HIV status checked.
Kindly consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
Regards,
Dr.Ashakiran.S.
