How Can Gout In The Feet Be Treated?

I have on going gout in both feet, for the last month i have decreased alcohol intake, and drink up to 3 litres of water per day and i hardly eat anything, but i occasionally feel small pain in my right side of back, mainly when i do certain movements it is not there all the time.

What it appear is that this backache does not seem to be from your gout. this more looks to be a muscular pain . this is mostly because of heavy lifting or bad postures. So I would advise you should focus on this, a good option would be to talk to a physiotherapist, he may better tell you about postures and advise you some exercises, for pain you can use paracetamol if needed.
