Hi, thanks for using Healthcare Magic.

I understand your concern.

If your hair has been lost by more than 100 strands of hair / day, there are several things that can be a contributing factor such as:
1. Hereditary factor (factor)
2. Aging factor
3. Due to illness or certain circumstances.

Hair loss caused by hereditary factor, can not be cured, which can be done is to prevent hair loss is not too fast. Meanwhile for factors obtained, can be caused by certain diseases such as fungus on the scalp, anemia, fever, typhoid fever or due to certain circumstances such as one hair care. There are some tips you can do, to prevent hair loss such as:
- Eat plenty of foods that contain lots of protein and iron
- Avoid stress
- Avoid drugs that interfere with hair growth
- Diligent exercise to facilitate blood circulation
- Enough rest
- Stop smoking (in which smoking)
- Avoid using hair dryer and shampooing with hot water
- Avoid the use of chemicals products in the hair

If these things you have done, but the loss does not go away, immediately consult a dermatologist to be further evaluated.

Hope this helps.
Take care
