hii.welcome to our site.i understand your problem.you have androgenic alopecia.my opinion is that,
1.take nutritious diet.
2.avoid stress.
3.have sound sleep of about 8 hours a day.
4.apply minoxidil lotion over the scalp once daily.you will get good results after 3 weeks.
