Hello
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

Minoxidil is secreted in breast milk. That means there are small amount of risk related.
It comes under the category of C means no side effect has been found in humans but during animal trials these where having side effect.
As topical agent there is minimum concentration of minoxidil in breast-feeding and it is considered to be safe. You can use the agent but there may be risk associated which you need to avoid if possible.
Hope this answer will help you.
