General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

If you are having male pattern loss of hair means from side temporal region then it could be androgenic alopecia induced by male testosterone hormone. Before that rule out any chronic illness, chronic typhoid, thyroid issue etc. You can increase up to 5-10% minoxidil if 2% is not working. Fruits and green leafy vegetables taken more and avoid stress. I suggest you to consult dermatologist for examination and further management.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
