Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The primary underlying reason for Premature hair greying is genetic with contributions from environment and nutrition. Though none of the treatment has proven efficacy I suggest you to take an oral Calcium Pantothenate once a day for at least 6 months. As far as thinning of hair is concerned it is due to Androgenetic alopecia in males wherein there is decreased hair volume and receding anterior hairline. Treatment options include topical Minoxidil and oral Finasteride. Split ends and dry frizzy hair would benefit from using a conditioner and by avoiding frequent combing and cutting your hairs short if you have long hairs.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Kakkar S.
