How Can Hairy Cell Leukemia Be Further Treated?
my father is sufferring from Hairy cell leukemia since 2005 and had kemo therepy 6 cycles and thereafter on luckran tablets. Since last one year, there is major weakness and had blood transpalent 3 times in a month and repeated two cycles of kemo therepy.
Please suggest further treatment.

Hairy cell leukemia is treated only by chemotherapy. SO he should take chemotherapy according to doctor's advise. Blood transfusion is necessary to maintain hemoglobin level. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
