How Can Hands Veins Swelling With Burning Sensation Be Treated?

My mother's hands have been bothering her a little lately with a burning sensation following by the swelling of veins in her hands. Just in the passed two days her hands have been turning red periodically and are hot to the touch...what are the possibilities of whats going on?

Respected Sir, hi it seems related to hypervascularity with hypersensitivity problem of the peripheral parts of the body. Dear she requires a neurophysician evaluation clinically and some tests to come to conclusion of the issue dear thanks regards bye wishing her a fast and speedy recovery.
