How Can Head Numbness, Pain, Headache With Syncope Be Treated?

hi i used meth for a long time and had started to use it heavily, at the beginning of december while using meth i immediatley got this numb headache feeling on the left side of my head and felt like i was going faint, i have not used meth since that day, but ever since have had this numb pain on the left of my head, at the beginning of january it turned into this all around headache and the pain is a lot worse, and recently having pain in the center of my forehead, only sleeping makes this pain temporarily go away. but it is always back. ive been to the emergency room 4-5 times for this, nothing. gave me migraine meds/shots 3 times did nothing. can yyou please help me

cannot diagnose, prescribe, or treat without being there. A regular consistent doctor patient relationship would be able to deal with sinus infection/irritation, migraine or serious condition. A new significant headache needs (1) imaging study like a CT with contrast to evaluate for stroke or bleed (asociated with meth) or tumor (not associated with meth and not usually associated with a very severe headache either).
