How Can Headache Be Treated?

I have had a headache since the beginning of October and thought it was sinus related. I have tried over the counter meds, a nettie pot, vicks, a humidifier, etc. and nothing has helped. I have not had a fever so maybe not a sinus infection? what do you think?
