How Can Headaches And Gastritis Be Treated?

I have been diagnosed with mild emphysema (no longer smoking). I am having pressure headaches a few times each day along with gastritis. I have sleep apnea and use a Cpap nightly. I use an Incruse inhaler once a day. Any suggestions for headaches and gastritis relief?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

For a headache, first of all, check your blood pressure. Otological causes, tooth infection, sinusitis, etc., can lead referred headache.

Hypoglycemia, stress, anxiety, irregular meal, smoking are some other causes for a headache. If specific causes found than treated accordingly. If a headache is more Paracetamol SOS can be prescribed.

For gastritis 2 weeks Rabeprazole course can be prescribed. If gastritis is not improving endoscopy or urea breath test done to rule out H Pylori.

Consult a physician for examination and discuss all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
