sir,pls help me out im 25 yr old with 183cm weighing only 62kgs.since 5 yrs i've tried all things around me like eating massively exercise supplements,even then my weight fluctuates b/w 62-66,not more then that, its really awful and frustating...pls help me out

see as per your height and weight, your BMI or body mass index is 18.5 which is just normal...below 18.5 is considered as underweight.... you can gain about 8-10 kilos to gain a perfect BMI... i would suggest you to consult a DIETITIAN...he would be able to give you a diet chart that you can follow.... and lastly, there are many people who seem slim and even if they eat massively, or take supplements they dont gain much weight...this is for their body structure and metabolism.....
