General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If heart murmur present than it indicate underlying cardiac problem. Arrhythmia, heart failure et cetera needs to be ruled out. I will not advise for waiting.

Investigate with EKG and 2D electrocardiography for rule out underlying cardiac problem and according to cause specific treatment given.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
