How Can Heart Muscle Weakness And Murmur With Hypoglycemia Be Treated?

I suffer with Osler-Weber Rendu or HHT it is a vascular genetic condition every six months, my doctor checks my hemoglobin to make sure my body is functioning with enough blood reproducing. I stay anemic frequently recently my CBC showed low white blood cell count, and sodium low. My equilibrium has been a little off and occasional dizziness. I also have a weak heart muscle, heart mummur and hypoglocemia due to the constant loss of blood. I am very concerned because generally I do not have this problem with the white blood cell count. I was instructed to drink plenty of liquids and I do frequently.

Weakness of heart muscle can contribute to symptoms of low blood pressure and fatigue.This can be carefully evaluated through 2 dimensional echocardiogram of the heart which can quantify cardiac output in the form of ejection fraction.Drugs like inotropes ex dobutamine can help to increase the contractility of heart.Electrolyte disturbances like hyponatremia can be corrected through water restriction.Anemia can be corrected through iron supplementation.Its extremely important for you to prevent infections.Consult your doctor for further queries.
