General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
In child bearing age it's essential to exclude pregnancy... when bleeding is after missed period. This can be fone by gynecologicsl check up / usg scan of pelvis
-In case of profuse bleeding with pregnancy.. you need to try to save or tetminate it according to the viability of fetus.
-In case there is no pregnancy &bleeding is due to pcod... you needgunecologist's advice for prescribing suitable hormonal pills to control&rwgulate the bleeding.
Thanks.
