How Can Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Be Treated?
Hi i am sabeena 50yrs of age with heavy menstrual bleeding and because of that my iron and haemoglobin are on the lower side could u suggest me the best iron tablet I can take as I also have gastritis and the dosage and to be taken 1 hr before food or immdietly after the main meal plz advice thank u regards sabeena

for heavy bleeding tablet trenexa mf 3 times per day till bleefing become decrease.. go FOr USG pelvis to know cause of bleeding...for anemia capsule autrin..2 times per day..you should take it with lemon juice. or with tablet lymcee...avoid milk or tea with tablet..should be taken after 1 hour ..of lunch...
